How does it works?

Just check out the Paws Equivalent Table to find out the number of pawprints entitled for the product you have purchased and mail the redemption form to us enclosing the appropriate number of proof of purchase. It's so easy.

Please note that all big or fragile items will be delivered to the petshop of your choice. A voucher will be mailed to you once it's ready at the petshop. As for smaller items, you will received them through mail. Processing time would take an average of 2 to 3 weeks.
